I feel like Dr. VanLeeuwen is competent, nice, and is very thorough (do I need a full contact fitting exam for the same contacts every year?). But the wait times are driving me crazy. A normal visit for me (I've probably been there 8+ times) involves ~20 min in the waiting room, an initial exam by one of the techs, another 20 minutes sitting in the back, 10 min waiting in his exam room, etc. I've never left in under an hour, and 45+min is waiting. I don't feel like my time is respected.
