Everytime I see Dr.Andrew Brown, he greets me with a smile and has a wonderful bedside manner. When I leave to make an appointment, such is not the case. I've had two appointment written down wrong on my appointment cards.When I called into the office the lady laughed about it, I didn't think it was quit so funny. I even called into the office once to ask what shot I was given in my ankle as after the moment of the shot, I had forgotten. The lady said, " It was probably a cortisone shot." Prob
