How likely are you to recommend Dr. Daney?
I am age 73, and I had severe shoulder pain in my right shoulder for years especially trying to to sleep. I was forced to stop my favorite activities; wood working, swimming and basketball. Throwing anything was just out of the question. Physical Therapy (PT) failed. Over a year, I visited several surgeons and received at least 3 different options for treatment. Then Dr Daney was suggested to me. After seeing Dr Daney and getting the correct scan, we discussed 2 options ; shoulder replacement and Shoulder Capsule Reconstruction ( SCR) We finally decided on the SCR which was done in November using the relatively simple arthroscopic surgery( not major cutting.)Six months and 6 months of PT, and WOW! No pain and I play basketball, swim and golf ( never been a good golfer, but I can sure swing that club). And as Dr Daney put it 'we haven't burned any bridges.' Replacement is still an option should it become necessary. Recovery was slow, but after the 4th month rapid.
