Dr Puplampu was for ME great DOCTOR of neural surgery. He did right by me in my hourof need. He even gave me a birthday present for making me come in on my birthday. Chocolate from Africa. It was amazing. I was told he wasn't DOCTOR...I say he IS and was. I'd like to see him AGAIN just to tell him THANK you for helping me.
