Patient Reviews
Dec 27, 2023
Dr. Madubom is efficient, thorough, and listens to her patient. She responds to messages within 24hrs. She has corresponded with me about med changes and promptly sent in a new Rx without forcing me to wait for a 3 month check up or an office visit. She also does virtual visits when you can’t make it to the office. I feel like she actually cares about my well being and makes me feel like I’m not just another patient. The time it takes from check-in to check-out is usually less than an hour. The practice conveniently has an in office Quest Diagnostics for quick lab orders post office visits. The staff is polite and friendly, and they always answer the phone.
