I came to meet Dr. To after having a failed neck and back surgery. Dr. To was patient and explained everything to me in detail so I could understand. He and his staff treated me with dignity and respect. I felt like family. Dr. To is an amazing Neurosurgeon that knows what he is doing. I will recommend him to anyone who has back or neck problems He will find and treat the problem. Thank You Dr. TO
