How likely are you to recommend Dr. Kellum?
In the beginning, the only problem I noticed was that the woman in the referral department didn't get referrals faxed. There were times someone from the specialist's office had to contact her to remind her to fax the referral. But for the last few months, it seems like she has forgotten how to even make out the referrals. When I had to contact her over and over again to correct a mistake on a referral, she corrected one mistake, but then turned around and undid a previous correction on that referral. So every referral for the last few months has always had a mistake somewhere on it It has been taking weeks to get her to write a referral semi correctly. And then she continues to have problems getting them faxed. I have had to print out referrals with the least amount of mistakes and hand carry it to the specialist's office to make an appointment. I have tried repeatedly to get someone there to get her to do referrals correctly, but nothing gets done to fix the problem.
