Patient Reviews

My husband and I have both recently started using Dr. Jackson. We were sick of Oschner’s system. I’d rather build a relationship with an actual doctor who I can trust. I view my health care as a partnership between myself and my doctor. I can’t build a relationship with a “brand” that just plugs and plays their doctors. Dr. Jackson’s office is a breath of fresh air. My experience with everyone in his office was fantastic. His receptionist was very personable and helpful. The woman taking my vitals was pleasant and friendly. And Dr. Jackson himself has a great bedside manner. He’s knowledgeable, down to earth, easy to talk to and really listens to what you say. At no time did I feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson if you are looking for a more personalized experience for your health care.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
