Patient Reviews
Jun 24, 2024
After dealing with BPH and side effects of the meds for a decade, I asked Dr. Chaikin for a 'one and done' procedure that would last the rest of my life (70 years old). Aquablation was recommended and performed. While a bit more intense than the gold standard TURP, for me was very effective. Never any real pain but the first 7-10 days following the procedure was not fun. Now 2 months after, I am happy I had it done and am off the BPH meds. Each person will have their own experience and outcome. All my questions were quickly answered. Dr. Chaikin does have the bedside manner typical of a surgeon, which is not a problem for me, but some may find conversations curt.
