How likely are you to recommend Dr. Patel?
Continue to be impressed and I don’t even live in MA anymore… I have been a patient of Dr. DilipKumar Patel for 22 years. Most recently I have moved to another state and had not had the same luck finding this kind of care. I had a very bad experience with a colonoscopy and in tears I called Christina who was able to calm my nerves and assure me she would speak with Dr. Patel and help in any way they could. Dr. Patel called me shortly after and would make some recommendations. He made sure Christina would mail all 100+ pages of my records directly to me so I could have them in hand ready to find a new GI. Before we disconnected, he said I could reach out to them anytime and that he would like to stay updated on my progress. Such a warm and gracious Dr and I can’t begin to thank Dr. Patel, Christina and his office enough. They have truly raised the bar on professionalism and excellent bedside manner. I don’t know that any office would compare. Thank you for all you do!
