How likely are you to recommend Dr. Nguyen?
Sliced my ear lobe nearly completely off and I was treated at Memorial Herman Urgent Care in Houston by Dr Nguyen. The were busy when I arrived. 5 families arriving about the same time or a little before me. The reception/intake team were calm, professional and quick. I don't believe I even got out of my seat...they handled everything and before I knew it I was in an office and was introduced to Dr. Nguyen. He looked at my ear and diagnosed the problem. Sounds easy, but he took time to tell me what he saw, how he would like treat it, and the expected outcome. He also took the time to tell what might got wrong and what he saw as his biggest concern. He numbed my ear, telling me exactly what he was doing and why. He was quick, skilled and had a great bedside manner. Easy to talk to with a sense of humor. Would see him as my PCP if I could. Next time...allow him to care for you. You'll be glad you did.
