How likely are you to recommend Dr. Gonzales-Tolly?
I have been her patient for years. She is a caring and understanding person. Her practice is also very busy with it being Ohio Health. When you go in with one issue make sure it is only 1 and not compounded with other problems. If you have more than 1 then state that upon getting an appointment. I had that experience when I went originally for 1 and then my right side started to hurt 2 or 3 days before, so I waited until my appt. I know so much "time" is scheduled according to why you want seen. Mine had become more complicated. She addressed my first but I had an extra 30 min. wait in the exam room until she could talk with me about the second. She and the staff was apologetic and asked if they could get me anything. It wasn't their fault that it was a busy day and there were other patients who expected their appointments to be on time. I appreciated her listening because I ended up diagnosed with renal stones and had to have surgery.
