How likely are you to recommend Dr. Yang?
When my wife was searching for Dr. Yang’s current practice location, she found negative reviews that were totally opposite to our experience with Dr. Yang. It saddens me that such an excellent and genuinely caring doctor has negative 1 star reviews, which read like the same disgruntle patient leaving similar anonymous negative reviews many times. My family and I saw Dr. Yang for 3-4 years before the pandemic. At first, I was not happy with her for not giving me antibiotics I asked for my sinus headache. Before her, other ENTs always gave me antibiotics for my sinus headache and suggested surgery. She took time to explain that antibiotics was not the right treatment based on her exam and my sinus CT. She convinced me to start nasal irrigation and nasal sprays for at least 3 months. To my surprise, my sinus headache went away after following her instructions. I appreciated her straightforward, honest, and no nonsense care.
