I have been going to Dr Serna for many, many years and, as long as she's practicing, will continue to see her. She has always been attentive to me and listens to my concerns with empathy and compassion. Stacey, her NP, is awesome too! I've had many televisits and in office visits with Stacey and she has the same philosophy of care...compassionate and caring. I just had my annual exam with Dr Serna. She spent lots of time with me addressing any concerns I had. I didn't feel rushed or 'herded' in or out of her office at all. You never have to wait for an appointment! Highly recommend Dr Serna and her staff!
