How likely are you to recommend Dr. Marx?
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Marx for over 20 years. I trusted him. He talked to my level. We was a very good Dr. I felt like I had a very excellent repore with him. Then a few years ago it became harder to get an appointment with him specifically. I was always seeing his PA. Made it not so personal any more. I guess like any successful business once the accountants and consultants take over that personal , caring feeling you once had with your Dr. doesn’t show up on the balance sheet. Froedtert. I hope your new business model is working out for you. It sure doesn’t do much for that family Dr. felling.
