Dr Fehringer did a distal bicep tendon repair on my years ago when I worked at OPPD. He was courteous and very nice. He explained things well. To this day my arm has held up perfect. This was like 15 years ago and I am 56 now. I also have full range of motion of arm and no numbness at all. Shane B
