How likely are you to recommend Dr. Lu?
At the time of writing this, I have been a patient of Dr. Lu’s for about three years and am so pleased with every aspect of my visits. While parking downtown may seem intimidating, the office makes it very easy by designating parking spots in the garage across the street (at that, among the first spots when you first enter the garage), and they validate the parking fee. The front desk staff is always friendly and I never wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Every dental hygienist who has performed my cleaning has been professional, kind, and provided excellent, painless care. Dr. Lu is very friendly and genuinely makes an effort to get to know you as a person. He addresses your dental concerns/needs patiently and thoroughly. Downtown Dental actually makes “going to the dentist” a positive and fantastic experience for me!
