I have had the worst luck with dentists. I had one who performed two unnecessary extractions that left me with dry socket. Another who left a root canal half done and then disappeared for a month. Oh, and the endodontist who didn't wait until I was numb to begin a root canal, ignored my blood curdling screams, and then blamed me for not telling her in words that I was in pain. Not surprisingly, I never wanted to see a dentist again. However, my teeth were in really bad shape, and I had to bite the bullet (carefully, of course, lol) and find a new dentist. Going to Dr. Blank was like a breath of fresh air. He is funny and down to earth. His wife, Donna, the dental hygienist, is incredibly friendly and spunky! The entire staff did everything they could to put me at ease. And you can't beat getting nitrous oxide for free. As Dr. Blank pointed out, it's mutually beneficial. It quieted my fears, so that Dr. Blank could do his work. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Blank's practice.
