Patient Reviews
Jan 26, 2019
Dr Mauer is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He spent a long time with my dad- doing a physical exam and learning about my dad’s long history with pain; reviewed his MRI and chart and came up with recommendations to deal with his pain. I felt he was very thoughtful in his explanation the pros and cons of various procedures (injection, surgery, medication) and came up with a good plan for pain management. I highly recommend him.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
