Patient Reviews
Apr 27, 2022
I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Austin's, as I recently signed up for a Concierge level PCP. From my very first in-person appt with him, I knew I had finally found a physician who would be exactly what I've needed for years! He is incredibly kind, compassionate, professional, (obviously intelligent!), and so helpful in orchestrating and managing not only my medications, labs & imaging tests, but also interacts with my team of specialists as I battle severe Lupus and a rare Endocrine disease. When your life dramatically changes health-wise, and you find that far too many doctors don't know what to do with you so they just keep referring you to others, it wears you and your loved ones down to a lonely, dark place. Dr. Austin is lifting me, my husband, our kids....out of that hole for the first time in many years, and I could not be more grateful to him and his team at Signature Medicine Park Cities!! If I could give him 10 stars, I wouldn't hesitate!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
