How likely are you to recommend Dr. Shaw?
There are no words, other than Thank You!! You are amazing. You saw a lady that had been told only "your back is a mess, surgery immediately and pain meds are your only option" . Yet, 3 years ago, Dr. Shaw, you listened, looked at MRI, suggested we try injections every month..3 months, physical therapy, TENS unit if needed. No drugs..you heard me when I said I did not want those and agreed with me. No surgery unless everything else totally failed. Today, 3 years later, I had my first treatment in a year since 2019. I'll admit I should have come earlier..relief was within an hr and has been improving steadily. Yes, I'm following your instructions, I always do. I so appreciate you, your medical staff, your office staff are the best!! You can tell all of you care about your patients and their well being. I believe if the patient comes to you with open heart and mind, follows instructions and works with you, relief and healing will begin. Thank you all, God Bless you all.
