I had a positive experience with Dr Putnam and her team. I had what was to me an involved surgery. Dr Putnam was very helpful explained everything to me and well was very honest with me concerning after care and pain management. The people in the surgical center were also great and treated me very well. As were the people in the PT/OT department. They were equally as helpful and also explained everything to me and were very helpful with pointers on healing as close to 100percent as possible. My hand is as good as new and I thank them all for their help with my recovery. I would call on Dr Putnam in the future if I have any further problems with my hands. I also found the text message two days before my visits to be most helpful. No paperwork to fill out or issues with insurance cards. You just arrive give your name and that’s it. It was all done online two days before your visit . I found all my appointments to be on time with no delays which was also great . Thanks again Dr Putnam.
