Patient Reviews
Jun 27, 2019
Wanted to find a sports medicine MD near me but no immediate available appointments. Strained my calf Sunday for the second time and thinking that the pain will go away like the first time, by Monday still unable to walk normally. I made an appointment with Primary Care Sports Medicine after seeing positive reviews for Dr. Patterson. But the appointment I was given was with Dr. Koretoff. I was pleasantly surprised how personable he was. He took time to show and explain to me what he was seeing on my ultrasound. A stark difference about 4 years ago at a different orthopedic group, I tore my rotator cuff and was given a shot without an ultrasound. It was only done when the cortisone shot did not have an effect on the pain. I would recommend Dr. Koretoff to anyone. I knew coming in that my particular ailment will heal on its own but wanted reassurance. He even said there is no need to see him again for follow up unless healing does not progress and that PT is optional.
