Dr. Pourmorady, MD is an amazing doctor. I feel very lucky that I found him and he was available for my colonoscopy and endoscopy. It was my very first time getting both of these procedures and I was extremely nervous as you can imagine. I did my due diligence and researched all the gastro doctors in the LA area and I chose Dr. Pourmorady based on all the wonderful reviews he's received. I also liked that he studied at the UC schools both UCLA and UC Irvine. I am a UCLA alum and I know these schools are difficult to get into and it made me feel confident of his educational level. In addition, when I set up our consultation it was very easy and I felt like he had a very warm presence and seemed to be passionate about his profession and also was very eager to answer any of my questions and help put me at ease. The procedure itself was so easy. He recommended a pre-colonoscopy prep that wasn't difficult at all. I took the tablets and was on a liquid diet 24 hours prior to the p
