Patient Reviews

I have not had great experiences with dentists since childhood. A friend recommended Dr. Shinay, saying he had "Gentle Hands." He does. But even more important: his professionalism, kindness and empathy. I NEVER thought I'd love a dentist but Dr. Shinay changed my mind. I had a medical situation that caused me great pain (not in my mouth.) This kind man actually took breaks to let me stretch and wipe the pain tears. Yet he always gave a reason to leave so as not to make me feel responsible for the needed time. Who does that?!? And crowns cost a lot so we came up with a plan to do the worst the first year and then the rest with time. He respected the fact that I am not made of money. BUT didn't shame me. I cannot imagine a more compassionate, skilled dentist. AND the front desk people are also very nice and helpful.
