The only complaint that I would have was being taken to a room and left waiting for way too long. That being said, the staff, M.A. Aubrey, M.A. Tom, and Dr. Albano were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely anxious to help. A shame medicare/insurance does not cover the procedures. I am still trying to decide if I can afford the treatment...
