How likely are you to recommend Dr. Massad?
I've had a maxilkary obturator since I was 23. Dr. Massad listened to my history, examined me, took several scans, etc to start the process for a new prosthesis. He was always gentle and caring and I never felt rushed. His staff are the same way from entering the office until I left. This is the 1st doctor in decades that took time to get a better fit and designed a new style. Yes, it took several months but it was worth it. All of his staff are professional, kind with a ready smile and I felt they truly wanted to help me. I trust them.
