My husband & I have been going to Dr Pallan for at least 10 years. He knows his stuff, listens to concerns, gives great referrals when needed, and is very caring. Can get an appointment same or next day if needed. More lead time is needed for physicals. Staff is friendly and helpful. Several times when I had a serious problem, he personally called and set up an appointment with a specialist for me…..to be sure I was seen promptly. We lived in Ocean City for 6 years and came back to him when needed. We both think highly of him and trust his judgment.
