He was the most compassionate doctor I've ever had. I trusted him implicitly to listen and do his best for me. Very personable and easy to talk to. I miss being able to see him. When my husband passed away in Sept 2011, I lost insurance. I was told by Kaiser that I could see Dr. Hay if I paid for it in cash. It was so hard to save the money. When I had saved it I called to make an appt. I was very u ripely told at that time that Kaiser only had the time to see those with insurance. I was hurt.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
