Well I had rotor cuff and biceps reconstruction surgery on March 14,2023. 5 days post op I had 80% range of motion in my arm. I was pain free. Started physical therapy 3 weeks post op and 5 weeks later,I was able to lift 140 lbs without any problems with range of motion and still had no pain.
