Patient Reviews
Dec 05, 2017
Dr. Bender took over my care during a recent stay at Clear lake regional. I went in with extremely high blood pressure (250/130) and she help to get it down over a 1-1/2 day period and started me on new meds until I can see a primary care doctor. She was straight forward and funny. Helped me to feel better about the situation while also letting me know who serious it was. She gave me a lot of advice on what to do going forward and some important next steps.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
