Patient Reviews
Apr 14, 2021
My wife and I recently had a telehealth visit by Zoom with Dr. Chavez as part of our Medicare services. Dr. Chavez was professional, personable, warm and thorough. She was very good at probing follow-up questions where needed without being invasive feeling. Her recommendations were clear and useful. Both of us felt completely at ease and well cared for. If she were in the Oxford, Ohio region rather than Columbus, we would not hesitate to avail ourselves of her services in person. We both requested that she be available for our next year's telehealth visit if that is possible.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
