Dr. Leitzen is very professional and caring. He makes sure his patients are very well informed. He made sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. He has responded very quickly through my chart He has always been on time. He explained my Clarifix surgery perfectly and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. I highly recommend him to be a first pick for an otolaryngologist. He has a way to put you at ease and give you hope.
