Patient Reviews
Nov 01, 2023
Since UMMC started managing the practice Dr. Hines is unavailable. His nurse has once failed to schedule a test as ordered and once has failed to Fax a needed prescription despite two phone messages and a face to face with her at the office, causing an unnecessary trip to Jackson. Access to healthcare is not good anymore.
