Patient Reviews
Feb 25, 2023
I went to the ER with a severe migraine and spike in blood pressure. Dr. Ahrens was efficient, straightforward with a gentle approach, and may have saved my eyesight from an underlying condition. This is a condition I have been seeking help for a long time and she figured it out and took appropriate action quickly. I’d love to have her as my primary doctor. She is awesome! Thank you Dr. Ahrens for taking the time to actually review my case and get me moving forward in the right direction. When my daughter and I left the ER, my daughter also commented on Dr. Ahrens training/teaching skills. She did an excellent job training a man. It wasn’t just having him watch her. It was actually having him answer question related to my case and giving him clear instructions and making sure he understood without talking down to him. Very inspiring teaching approach.

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
