Patient Reviews

I was visiting my daughter in MA. My finger was swollen and started hurting. I called my personal doctor before my trip and was advised to go to an urgent care facility. I went on my trip to my daughter and my finger got worse. I went to two urgent care facilities in the Danvers area. One advised me that they could not do an X-ray that day. The other told me they did not have time to do the X-ray that day despite no patients there, but to go online and schedule an appointment the next day. I ended up going to Lahey Urgent care. I thought I had banged my hand causing the problem. Dr Shanin was very professional and said it looked like a splinter had caused the problem. Two weeks earlier I had pricked my finger picking up a shrub cutting. He had my finger X-rayed to confirm not broken . He was very thorough in his evaluation and explaining how to treat it. Lahey Urgent Care's billing was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Dr. Shanin and Lahey Urgent Care.
