How likely are you to recommend Dr. Banasiak?
July 8, 2017 - 2 AM - went to the emergency room at Salem Hospital with severe back pain. Dr. Banasik was the neurosurgeon on call. She scheduled surgery for me the next day. July 9 – Dr. Banasik operated on my back to correct the severe spinal stenosis. When I came out of surgery she said that full recovery would take about six months June 29, 2022 - Since the surgery I have experienced full recovery, no back problems, although I am very careful to do only moderate lifting and not over stress my back. A big thank you Dr Banasiak for insuring my recovery Bob Pool bpoo2@msn.com 503-507-9018
