How likely are you to recommend Dr. Schertzer?
I felt compelled to write a review after reading a couple of negative reviews. I have had a fantastic experience both with Dr. Schertzer and the entire team. A reviewer said that she had a terrible bedside manner and did not seem to care. I found that she was both efficient and compassionate. She made me feel confident in her course of action. This is a delicate area to have examined, and she was able to do so without making me feel awkward. My procedure was scheduled and I was given a pre-op appointment with the entire goal being to answer any questions or concerns. Her staff contacted me the day after the procedure to make sure I was okay and answer any questions. There was a follow-up appointment after one week. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Schertzer. One person wrote that Dr. Schertzer was a surgeon. Exactly. That is her job and she is excellent. Thank you for the wonderful care.
