How likely are you to recommend Dr. Howell?
This is really a review of the office policy. I have no way to confirm if he is aware of it. I had been a patient over 20 years when my insurance changed and he was not in my network. I pleaded with the office manager to let me continue my care with cash up front payments. I was told in no uncertain terms that was not possible. Even though federal law states it is my choice whether or not to use my insurance, office policy declares that i could not pay cash and have continuity of care with them.
