How likely are you to recommend Dr. Rodriguez?
3 weeks ago had made an appt for labs and asked them to send the orders to Quest in New Braunfels which they first told me no I could not go to the lab I’d chosen…I called the office again and staff was helpful I thought ok they got it… During that conversation with staff I cancelled the appointment for labs. 3 weeks later I get a call today confirming my appointment for labs…huh? I was told at that time that they were just putting the orders in…. (3) weeks later…Very disappointed and upset with this incident…. I’m in the medical field and things happen…. But it SHOULD NOT happen…. Physicians and nurses I like very much and feel good with their skills but I’m going to be checking with their office staff to confirm everything told to me and that’s a shame when I am the patient… that’s THEIR job…
