How likely are you to recommend Dr. Novo?
Dr. Novo and her staff were professional and friendly. I was really nervous because this was my first colonoscopy, Dr. Novo took time to explain everything to me during the first visit. On the day of procedure, Dr. Novo and her team really put me at ease and the whole procedure was super smooth. They followed up with 2 different phone calls afterwards to check on me and explain the lab results to me. I highly recommend Dr. Novo and North County Gastroenterology!
