Patient Reviews
May 04, 2021
Dr. O'Brien met with us virtually as my son was in too much pain to travel. He was incredibly thorough, confident and sympathetic, and helped facilitate our visit to Children's, an MRI and an in-person visit the same day. He spent so much time with us and really put my son at ease. He then helped us set up surgery and called me personally several times. His assistant was also easy to reach, responsive and communicative. Dr. O'Brien diagnosed and coordinated treatment for my son's challenging hip injury, and while we are sorry that we started with another doctor at another hospital (we do not live in Massachusetts) we will never go to anyone else again - worth the travel for something this important.
