I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE PROCEDURES DONE BY HIS OFFICE WITH NO PROBLEM. HIS OFFICE DOESN'T EVEN DO SHULDER REPLACEMENT SURGERY, HE REFERS OUT FOR THAT. AS FOR MONEY, YOU HAD TO PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ANYONE TO CHARGE IT. PERHAPS YOU HAD AGREED TO SURGERY AND CANCELLED IT. THERE IS A FEE FOR SX CANCELLATION THAT IS STATED IN THE SURGERY AGREEMENT FORM ALL PT'S SIGN BEOFORE SURGERY IS SET UP. I HAD TO SIGN THE SAME THING-UPFRONT DISCLOSURE SO YOU MUST HAVE AGREED TO IT. SO W HENYOU DIDN'T GET YOUR WAY,YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. HOW PETTY.
