From the first call everyone was kind and helpful, whether on the phone or in person. Dr. Tavakoli is warm and friendly and put me at ease. She was open to all my questions and the research I'd done before going in, bring her extensive knowledge and experience to find the best solution for me. I never felt rushed or treated like a number. I have not had a single issue in recovery following fusion surgery and have already shared her number with people who ask about my surgery boot and have their own issues. Even when I had trouble with insurance, her office staff stepped in on my behalf to solve the problem. They really went above and beyond and I do not hesitate to give Dr. T my highest recommendation.
