How likely are you to recommend Dr. Barjaktarovich?
Doctor B is awesome, however his staff needs training on patient care and professional manners and etiquette. They are rude on the phone and act like their mistakes are your fault. I scheduled a specific date and time and have the actual appointment card they gave me and they called and said I had a different time and have no idea how I got the appointment card they personally handed to me. I told them I will stay with the date I had scheduled and they said its already taken, and I would have to schedule a later date/time. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and degrading. Pretty nice treatment of a patient!!
