How likely are you to recommend Dr. Pagan?
I've been seeing Dr. Pagan since I moved to Charleston almost 3 years ago. She and the office staff have always treated me very well. Dr. Pagan always looks over my records carefully and is aware of all my medications and medical issues. Whether for a sick visit or annual physical, I always leave her office confident that I got good care. My only criticism would be of the phlebotomy at the office (which of course Dr. Pagan does not do). The last time I had to get a blood draw, the phlebotomist attempted 3 times to get blood, but without success. I ended up getting a script for labcorp. The next phlebotomist, who was successful, noticed that my bruise from the previous, unsuccessful attempt was a good centimeter away from the vein. So some additional training and/or glasses may be in order there.
