I have to say what a great visit I had with Dr Farrell. The moment she walked in the room her energy was so refreshing. She was easy to talk to, listened to me on the purpose of my visit so intently, and explained everything we were goin to do while in office to address my issue. Once we discovered the cause of my issue she thoroughly explained my options and made sure I understood each option. Gave me pros and cons of each option which I felt I could make an educated choice on my next step. Her explanations were so thorough I felt I could choose with confidence on how I wanted to proceed. We did a quick procedure in clinic and everything went as discussed with no complications. I highly recommend her and I would see her again in a heartbeat. Seen her at the ENT office of Washington University St. Louis (BJC HealthCare)
