How likely are you to recommend Dr. Bynum?
My brother made 2 back to back ER visits last year to St Dominic and spent almost 2 weeks as inpatient. He has had problems with circulation in his legs for years but as of late, it's worsened. Dr Bynum was the ONLY doctor that detected a severe problem and sent him for an u/s. Only problem is his nurse who sent the referral a week after the results and then only because I called to inquire. Will not return calls and 3 weeks to date, my brother has no referral appointment as he remains in pain... Guess we'll just have to go thru the ER. Bynum is great but I feel you're only as good as your staff. IJS
