Doctor Rafael A. Soto has been taking care of me for over 11 years. always friendly and extremely professional. And he has a clientele that has been with him many years. I will be moving away from Florida and hope that in my new state I can find a doctor at least half as good as Dr. Soto has been. For some reason it is not easy to find a doctor that cares and give you the time. Thanks for so many years of great health care.
