It is so strange. My first appointment at this clinic was with Mr Amin. We sat in his office, and he assisted me with all of my issues. Now the wait is bad. I am very impatient so I always take bring something with me so occupy my time to any appt. As far as the elderly not being able to find seat it seems to me that the people in the waiting area should offer their seat to them, and if that does not happen they can ask for a chair from the receptionist.
